摘  要:为了解决斜井下穿露天矿内排土场时井筒受压大、成巷困难、施工难度大等问题,基于传统治理措施及施工方法存在精准度差、工程量大、材料消耗量大、施工周期长、经济效益低等诸多缺点,研究了一种新型综合治理技术,既采取导硐法注浆加固井筒周边围岩,提高围岩整体性及稳定性,为井筒下穿内排土场施工提供第一层保障;采用长管棚法超前支护,作为第二层保障,既能起到加强支护的作用,又能达到超前支护的目的,保障井筒施工安全;最后采用"钢筋网+U型钢+喷射混凝土"联合支护的方式,作为第三层保障措施,并最终完成井筒全部施工工序。该方法井筒可以在多重保障措施下,更精准、高效、安全的穿过露天矿内排土场下部高应力区。In order to solve the problems of high pressure in shaft,difficulty in roadway formation and difficulty in construction when inclined underground mine passes through the dump of open pit mine,a new type of comprehensive treatment is studied aiming at the shortcomings of traditional treatment measures and construction methods,such as poor accuracy,large amount of engineering,large consumption of materials,long construction period and low economic benefit. The measures are to reinforce the surrounding rock around the shaft by grouting in the pilot tunnel,improve the integrity and stability of the surrounding rock,and provide the first layer of protection for the construction of the shaft through the inner dump;and to adopt the long pipe shed method to advance the support as the second layer of protection,which can not only strengthen the support,but also achieve the purpose of advance support and ensure the implementation of the shaft. Finally,the method of "steel mesh+Ushaped steel+ shotcreting "combined support is adopted as the third layer protection measure,and the whole construction process of the shaft is completed. With the proposed method,the shaft can pass through the high stress area in the lower part of the dump of open pit mine more accurately,efficiently and safely under multiple protections.
