摘  要:为了及时发现刮板输送机链条断链、断刮板、堵转和跳链故障,保障刮板输送机稳定可靠运行,保证煤矿安全生产,研发了能够检测多种链条故障的在线监测仪。设计了刮板输送机链条故障传感器,提出了以双单片机为核心、具备人机交互和以太网数据传输功能的隔爆兼本安型监测仪的总体架构,对监测仪核心元器件进行了选型设计,开发了由最小系统、脉冲信号隔离输入电路、脉冲测量电路等组成的监测仪核心电路,提出了双路脉冲信号分析逻辑实现了故障类别的判断。刮板输送机在线监测仪能够及时发现刮板输送机链条故障,为煤矿生产安全提供有效保障。There are four kinds of fault of scraper conveyor’s chain,which are chain broken,scraper broken,locked-rotor and chain jumping. In order to detect the fault timely and to ensure stable and reliable operation of scraper conveyor and the safety production in coal mine face,an on-line device,by which the four chain fault can be detected,is designed for chain fault monitoring of double side chain scraper conveyor. The sensor for scraper conveyor’s chain fault is designed. The overall architecture of the flameproof and intrinsically safe monitoring device is proposed,which have double MCU,human-machine interface and Ethernet interface. Reasonable selection of core components of the device is presented. Core circuit of the device composed of photoelectric isolation circuit,mininum system,pulse signal measuring circuit,etc. is designed. Pulse signal analysis logic is introduced to recognize the faults. Development of the on-line monitoring device can detect the fault of scraper conveyor’s chain timely and provide guarantee for both the life of workers along the convey and the safety production of coal mine.
