摘　　要：目的了解某医学院在校大学生弓形虫感染情况及影响因素。方法运用ELISA法检测入校新生和三年级以上学生血清弓形虫IgG抗体,并进行相关问卷调查。结果弓形虫感染总阳性率为5.58%,新生(8.14%)感染率高于老生(3.56%),差异有统计学意义。职业家庭学生感染率(10.21%)高于非职业家庭学生(3.84%),差异有统计学意义。接触动物、禽类等的程度不同,弓形虫感染率有差异。结论医学生中存在弓形虫感染,卫生、饮食和家庭职业环境对弓形虫感染有影响。需要加强医学生弓形虫病的流行和预防知识教育。Objective To understand the status of Toxoplasma gondii infection of medical students in a medical college and its influencing factors. Methods The serum samples from the freshmen and the third or above grade students in a medical college were collected, and Tox-IgG antibody was detected with ELISA, and the related questionnaire survey was performed. Results Among all the students surveyed, the total positive rate of IgG of T. gondii was 5.58%, and the positive rate of the freshmen was 8.14%, which was higher than that(3.56%) of the other students(P<0.05). The positive rates of the relevant occupation family students were 10.21%, and it was higher than that(3.84%) of non-occupation family students(P<0.05). The positive rates of IgG of T. gondii were different among the different populations who had different degrees of contacts with animal, poultry, etc.(P<0.05). Conclusion T. gondii infection exists among medical college students. Health, diet and relevant family occupation, and environment affect the infection status. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the health education about the epidemic and prevention of T. gondii infection in medical students.
