摘　　要：目的了解金湖县学校结核病防控工作情况,为推动该县结核病防控工作提供依据。方法对全县各级各类学校采用自行设计的结核病调查表,进行分析汇总。结果专人负责疫情报告占100%、有每日晨检记录占83.05%、因病缺课与病因追踪记录占77.97%、有新生入学查验登记记录占83.67%,有突发公共卫生事件应急预案占77.97%、有健康教育课时和教案等记录占84.75%、建立学生健康体检档案、每年实施一次学生健康体检10.17%。结论金湖县学校结核病防控工作还需继续改进,学校应制定突发公共卫生事件应急预案,开展结核病健康知识宣传,做好日常因病缺课与病因追踪。Objective To understand the situation of tuberculosis prevention and control in schools of Jinhu County,so as to provide the basis for promoting the prevention and control of tuberculosis in the county. Methods The selfdesigned questionnaire was adopted to investigate the measures of tuberculosis prevention and control in schools at all levels in the county, and the results were analyzed and summarized. Results The schools with a full-time person in charge of reporting the epidemic accountedfor 100%, the schools with daily morning check records accounted for 83.05%, the schools with records of absences due to illness and etiological tracing accounted for 77.97%, the schools with emergency plans for public health emergencies accounted for 77.97%, the schools with health education class hours and teaching plans accounted for 84.75%, and the schools which was setting up student health checkup files and organizing annual physical examinations accounted for 10.17%. Conclusion The work of tuberculosis prevention and control in schools of Jinhu County is needed to continue to improve, including the measures of designing emergency plans for public health emergencies, promoting tuberculosis health knowledge, and conducting daily records of absences due to illness and etiological tracing.
