股骨头坏死人工髋关节置换手术的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究人工髋关节置换手术在股骨头坏死中的治疗效果。方法回顾性选取本院90例股骨头坏死患者作为观察对象,行传统股骨头置换术的45例患者列入A组,行人工髋关节置换术的45例患者列入B组,对比2组Harris评分、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分以及并发症发生率。结果 2组患者经治疗后,B组Harris评分、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分以及并发症发生率均显著优于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人工髋关节置换术在股骨头坏死的治疗中能够显著降低并发症发生率、改善患者症状、促进其功能恢复,因此具有临床推广价值。Objective To investigate the effect of artificial hip arthroplasty in the treatment of femoral head necrosis. Methods A total of 90 patients with femoral head necrosis in a hospital were selected retrospectively, and 45 patients with traditional femoral head replacement were included in Group A and 45 patients with artificial hip arthroplasty were included in Group B. The Harris scores, Fugl-Meyer motor function scores and incidences of complications of the two groups were compared. Results After the treatment, the Harris score, Fugl-Meyer motor function score and complication incidence in Group B were significantly superior to those in Group A(P<0.05). Conclusion The artificial hip arthroplasty in the treatment of femoral head necrosis can significantly reduce the incidence of complications, improve the symptoms of patients,and promote the recovery of its function, so it has clinical promotion value.
