摘  要:选取比表面积为340m^2/kg铁尾矿原粉和比表面积为680m^2/kg的磨细粉,研究铁尾矿粉细度和掺量对水泥砂浆流动性和强度的影响规律,并分析作用机理.试验结果表明,在所研究的掺量范围内(不大于50%),两种细度的铁尾矿粉都可以提高水泥砂浆的流动性;随着铁尾矿粉掺量增加,砂浆强度增大,当原矿粉掺量超过10%,磨细粉掺量超过20%时强度开始降低,低于基准样.水泥水化放热量结果表明,与基准样相比,当原矿粉掺量小于8%,或磨细粉掺量小于20%时,诱导期延长,水化放热量减少;当原矿粉掺量为8%,磨细粉掺量为20%时,诱导期缩短,水化发热量增大,可以加速水化.氮吸附测得的砂浆孔结构结果表明,掺入铁尾矿粉可以减少多害孔数量,改善砂浆的孔结构.铁尾矿粉掺入的稀释效应也可以促进早期水化.总之,一定量铁尾矿粉对砂浆性能的影响是物理稀释效应、加速水化效应和填充密实效应的综合作用,增大铁尾矿粉细度更有利于三大效应的发挥.Two iron tailing powders with different fineness were selected to research the effect law and mechanism on cement mortar propertied. The special surfance areas of the iron tailing powders were 340 m^2/kg and 680 m^2/kg,which were named raw powder and grinded powder respectively. The results showed that the two powders whose dosages were less than 50% could increase fluidity. The strengths increased with the increasing of iron tailing powders dosages;but when the dosage of raw powder was greater than 10% or the dosage of grinded powder was greater than 20%,the strengths were less than that of contrasted sample. The results of hydration heat showed that the induction period prolonged and hydration heats decreased when raw powder was less than 8% or grinded powder was less than 20%,but the induction period shortened and hydration heat increased when raw powder was 8% or grinded powder was 20%. The pore structure results obtained by nitrogen adsorption showed that iron tailing powders could reduce the quantity of harmful pore,improve the pore structure of mortars. The dilution effect caused by iron tailing powder could improve the hydration at early time. The mechanism of improving properties by iron tailing powders are the combined effects of physical dilution effect,promoting hydration effect,filling effect. The fineness is beneficial for the action of three effects.
