摘 要:试验采用高效液相色谱法,对蒙东地区常见的6种饲草料,进行了8种维生素含量的检测分析。结果显示,新鲜牧草中VE、VA和VB2的含量最高,分别为65.99、0.35、373.21 mg/kg;玉米秸秆中VC含量最高,为454.16 mg/kg;谷草中VB12含量最高,为12.84 mg/kg;仅谷草中含有VB1,含量为94.06 mg/kg;仅青干草中含有VB6,含量为72.75 mg/kg;6种饲草料样本中均未检出VD。研究为畜牧生产中饲草料的配制和检测提供参考。HPLC was used to detect eight kinds of vitamins levels in six different forages in eastern Inner Mongolia. The results showed that the contents of VE, VA and VB2 were the highest in fresh herbage, with 65.99, 0.35 and 373.21 mg/kg, respectively. The content of VC was the highest in corn straw, which was 454.16 mg/kg. The content of VB12 was the highest in millet straw, which was 12.84 mg/kg. Only millet straw contented VB1, which was 94.06 mg/kg. Only green hay contented VB6, which was 72.75 mg/kg. VD was not found in six kinds of forages. The study would provide a reference for the preparation and detection of forage in livestock production.
