摘　　要：目的通过对110例艾滋病病毒(HIV)阳性男男性行为者(MSM)的性行为特征和社会支持情况进行分析,了解HIV阳性的MSM的高危性行为情况以及探讨其社会支持情况及影响因素,为控制HIV传播,改善该人群的社会支持情况提供依据。方法收集2017年6月至2018年6月在深圳市宝安区疾病预防控制中心转介治疗的HIV阳性的MSM的相关资料,采用描述性流行病学方法进行分析。结果110例HIV阳性MSM中,<35岁83人(75.5%),广东省外户籍80人(72.7%),社会支持总分为(26.31±7.63)分。方差/t检验分析显示,不同婚姻状况、户籍、是否有固定的同性性伴的HIV阳性MSM社会支持得分差异有统计学意义。多重线性回归分析显示,户籍、自我效能得分、性向和是否有固定的同性性伴为社会支持得分的影响因素。结论应尽可能提高HIV阳性MSM的社会支持,并加强对其高危性行为的干预。Objective To analyze the situation of the sexual behavior characteristics and social support of HIV positive men who have sex with men(MSM)in order to understand the high-risk sexual behaviors and influencing factors of social support so as to provide evidence for control of HIV spread and improve social support to HIV infected MSM.Methods Data of MSM referred to Baoan district,CDC from June 2017 to June 2018 were collected and analyzed by descriptive epidemiology.Results A total of 110 MSM infected with HIV participated in the research,with 75.4%(83)under 35 years old and 72.7%(80)non-Guangdong household registration,and a total scores of social support was 26.31±7.63.The variance/t test analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in the social support scores among different marital status,household registration,whether they had fixed homosexual partners.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that household registration and whether they had fixed homosexual partners were the influencing factors of social support.Conclusion Interventions of high-risk sexual behaviors in HIV-positive MSM should be strengthened and their social support should be improved.
