平胃散加味联合三联疗法抗胃幽门螺杆菌感染46例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察平胃散加味联合三联疗法抗胃幽门螺杆菌感染的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将符合纳入标准的100例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各50例。治疗组采用平胃散加味联合三联疗法治疗,对照组单用三联疗法治疗,疗程均为2周。比较2组中医证候疗效及Hp根除率,并进行安全性评价。结果:本研究共纳入有效观察病例95例,其中治疗组46例,对照组49例。Hp根除率治疗组为91.30%,对照组为73.47%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);疾病综合疗效总有效率治疗组为93.48%,对照组为77.55%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组中医证候近期疗效、远期疗效总有效率治疗组分别为91.30%、93.48%,对照组均为77.55%,2组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:平胃散加味联合三联疗法抗胃幽门螺杆菌感染的临床疗效优于单用三联疗法治疗。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and safety of Jiawei Pingwei powder combined with triple therapy in the treatment of gastric Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection.Methods:A total of 100 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 50 patients in each group.The patients in the treatment group were given Jiawei Pingwei powder combined with triple therapy,and those in the control group were given triple therapy alone.The course of treatment was 2 weeks for both groups.The two groups were compared in terms of the clinical outcome of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome and Hp eradication rate,and a safety evaluation was also performed.Results:A total of 95 valid cases were included,with 46 patients in the treatment group and 49 in the control group.There was a significant difference in Hp eradication rate between the treatment group and the control group(91.30%vs 73.47%,P<0.05).There was also a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group(93.48%vs 77.55%,P<0.05).There were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group in the overall response rates of short-term clinical outcome of TCM syndrome(91.30%vs77.55%,P<0.05)and long-term clinical outcome of TCM syndrome(93.48%vs 77.55%,P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiawei Pingwei powder combined with triple therapy has a better clinical effect than triple therapy alone in the treatment of gastric Hp infection.
