摘　　要：目的:研制具有中医文化特色的晚期结直肠癌中医生存质量量表,为中医药治疗晚期结直肠癌的疗效评价提供依据。方法:参照国际WHO生存质量量表研制的原则及方法,在中医文化背景及理论指导下,形成临床初步调查表,通过预调查结果进行进一步优化筛选,最终完成晚期结直肠癌中医生存质量量表的研制。结果:研制出含生理、心理、独立性、环境、社会功能及精神支柱6个领域、20个方面及45个条目的中医生存质量量表。结论:晚期结直肠癌中医生存质量量表具有评价中医药介入下治疗晚期结直肠癌疗效的作用。Objective:To develop a traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)quality of life scale for advanced colorectal cancer with TCM cultural features,and to provide a basis for evaluating the clinical effect of TCM treatment in advanced colorectal cancer.Methods:Under the guidance of TCM cultural background and theories,a preliminary clinical questionnaire was developed according to the WHO principles and methods for the development of quality of life scale.This questionnaire was further optimized based on the results of preliminary survey to form the final version of the TCM quality of life scale for advanced colorectal cancer.Results:The TCM quality of life scale consisted of 45 items in 20 aspects from the six dimensions of physiology,psychology,independence,environment,social functioning,and spiritual pillar.Conclusion:The TCM quality of life scale for advanced colorectal cancer can evaluate the clinical effect of TCM intervention treatment in advanced colorectal cancer.
