复方猴头菇提取物对胃黏膜保护作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究3种不同配伍的复方猴头菇提取物对胃黏膜损伤动物模型的作用,并以此为依据筛选最佳的复方猴头菇提取物配方。方法:分别观察3种不同配伍复方猴头菇提取物(复方猴头菇提取物A:猴头菇提取物1g、蒲公英提取物0.8g;复方猴头菇提取物B:猴头菇提取物1g、蒲公英提取物0.8g、三七提取物0.2g、陈皮提取物0.4g;复方猴头菇提取物C:猴头菇提取物1g、蒲公英提取物0.8g、三七提取物0.2g、陈皮提取物0.4g、党参提取物0.46g、山药提取物0.5g)对急性酒精性胃溃疡大鼠的影响及对甲巯咪唑所致慢性浅表性胃炎小鼠的影响。结果:与模型对照组比较,复方猴头菇提取物A、B、C均能显著降低急性酒精性胃溃疡大鼠模型的损伤积分指数及慢性浅表性胃炎小鼠模型的病理学评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),而复方猴头菇提取物C在降低急性酒精性胃溃疡大鼠模型的损伤积分指数及降低慢性浅表性胃炎小鼠模型的病理学评分方面优于复方猴头菇提取物A、B,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方猴头菇提取物C是3种复方猴头菇提取物的最佳组方。Objective:To investigate the effect of three combinations of compound Hericium erinaceus extracts on animal models of gastric mucosal injury,and to screen out the optimal prescription of compound Hericium erinaceus extracts.Methods:Three combinations of compound Hericium erinaceus extracts(compound Hericium erinaceus extracts A:Hericium erinaceus extract 1 g,dandelion extract 0.8 g;compound Hericium erinaceus extracts B:Hericium erinaceus extract 1 g,dandelion extract 0.8 g,Panax notoginseng extract 0.2 g,tangerine peel extract 0.4 g;compound Hericium erinaceus extracts C:Hericium erinaceus extract 1 g,dandelion extract 0.8 g,Panax notoginseng extract 0.2 g,tangerine peel extract 0.4 g,Codonopsis pilosula extract 0.46 g,Dioscorea opposita extract 0.5 g)were prepared to observe their effects on rats with acute alcoholic gastric ulcer and mice with methimazole-induced chronic superficial gastritis.Results:Compared with the model control groups,compound Hericium erinaceus extracts A,B,and C significantly reduced the injury score in rats with acute alcoholic gastric ulcer and the pathological score in mice with chronic superficial gastritis(P<0.05,P<0.01),and compound Hericium erinaceus extracts C had a significantly better effect in reducing these two scores than compound Hericium erinaceus extracts A and B(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound Hericium erinaceus extracts C is the optimal prescription among the three prescriptions.
