摘 要:微小尺度表面的无损检测与三维表征是表面微织构技术产业化应用的前提和关键。针对表面织构形貌检测问题,运用激光表面织构技术制备具有群聚效应的织构表面,重新定义织构形貌三维表征参数,采用Hommel-T1000轮廓仪采集微织构的二维轮廓,基于Matlab二次开发的多层拟合处理程序,获得精准微织构三维形貌;通过非线性规划得到多层拟合的可行域及关键参数;对比验证了多层拟合与Wyko-NT1100白光干涉仪表征结果的一致性;根据发动机缸孔织构形貌在线检测的需要,设计并开发了具有低成本和高可靠性特性的无损检测系统。It is crux and precondition for the industrial applications of surface texture technology to launch nondestructive testing and 3D characterization in the surface with regular and micro scale morphology.Laser surface texture technology was used to prepare the texture surface with synergistic effect.Firstly,characteristic parameters of texture surface were redefined.Hommel-T1000 profiler was employed to acquire its 2D profile.Then,accurate 3D morphology of micro texture could be obtained by the multi-layer fitting processing program developed on Matlab software.Feasible region and the key parameters of multi-layer fitting were conducted by nonlinear programming.The characterization results of multi-layer fitting method were consistent with Wyko-NT1100 white-light interferometer.Low cost and high reliable nondestructive testing system was designed for the on-line testing of surface texture morphology on engine cylinder.
