以患者家庭为中心的探视模式在温州市某三甲医院成人重症监护室的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨在成人重症监护室(ICU)中实施以患者家庭为中心的探视模式对患者和家属的影响。方法:采用方便抽样法,选取温州市某三甲医院重症监护室住院治疗的211例患者的家属为研究对象,按患者入科时间先后分为对照组和研究组。研究组实行以患者家庭为中心的探视模式,对照组实行传统的探视模式,比较分析两组患者的不良事件发生率、镇静药物治疗时间和家属满意度的异同。结果:和传统探视模式相比,实施以患者家庭为中心探视模式的患者接受镇静药物治疗时间少、患者家属满意度高(均P<0.05),患者的不良事件发生率和感染发生率无差异(均P>0.05)。结论:以患者家庭为中心的探视模式能促进患者身心康复,有效控制院内感染,保证患者护理安全以及提高家属满意度,值得推广。Objective:To explore the effects of family-centered visitation on patients and their families in ICU.Methods:A total of 211 cases of ICU patients′families in a grade-A tertiary hospital in Wenzhou were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the time of admission.The intervention group implemented a family-centered visiting mode,and the control group used traditional restrictive visitation mode.Compared the duration of sedation treatment,incidence of adverse events during ICU and family satisfaction of the two groups.Results:In the patient-centered visitation model,patients received less sedation and their families were satisfied with it(all P<0.05),and there was no difference in the incidence of adverse events and infection in patients(all P>0.05).Conclusion:By implementing the family-centered visiting mode,it can promote the patients′physical and mental rehabilitation,and improve the satisfaction of family members.
