Evaluation Occupational Hazards in the Chemical Companies Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process-Fuzzy Mathematics Comprehensive Evaluation Method

摘  要:根据化工企业的生产特点及生产工艺过程中存在的职业病危害因素,结合国家职业病法律法规、行业标准以及行业专家意见,总结归纳了5类22项化工企业职业危害的主要影响因子,并构建了职业危害评价体系.基于AHP-模糊综合评价法对某化工企业的职业危害进行了评价,检验了方法的实用性.结果表明,采用此方法能客观准确地评价化工企业职业危害,指导企业落实职业卫生管理状况、职业病防护设施等安全生产主体责任,提升监管部门监管能力.According to the production characteristics and process of occupational hazardsin chemical companies,combined with national occupational disease laws and regulations,industry standards and industry experts’ opinions,5 types of 22 the main impact factors in chemical companies occupational hazards were summarized and an occupational hazard evaluation system was constructed.Evaluation occupational hazards in a chemical company based on AHP-fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation method.The results show that using this method can objectively and accurately evaluate the occupational hazards of chemical companies,to implement the occupational health management status,occupational disease protection facilities and other safety production main responsibilities,improve the supervision ability of the regulatory authorities.
