开放腹膜前与腹腔镜下腹股沟疝修补术治疗成人腹股沟疝的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较开放腹膜前与腹腔镜下腹股沟疝修补术治疗成人腹股沟疝的疗效。方法参照随机数字表法将本院2017年1月—2019年6月接受治疗的成人腹股沟疝患者56例分为两组,每组28例。对照组行开放腹膜前腹股沟疝修补术,观察组行腹腔镜下腹股沟疝修补术,比较两组恢复情况及并发症发生率。结果观察组术后进食时间、下床活动时间、住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下腹股沟疝修补术治疗成人腹股沟疝术后恢复时间更短,其疗效更高,并发症发生率较低,安全性较高。Objective To compare the efficacy of open preperitoneal and laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair in treatment of adult inguinal hernia.Methods 56 cases of adult inguinal hernia who treated in the hospital from January 2017 to June 2019 were divided into two groups random number table,with 28 cases in each group.Control group underwent open preperitoneal inguinal hernia repair,and observation group was treated with laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair.The recovery and the incidence of complications were compared between two groups.Results The postoperative eating time,off-bed activity time and hospital stays in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair in treatment of adult inguinal hernia has shorter postoperative recovery time,higher efficacy,lower incidence of complications and higher safety.
