针灸配合康复治疗对中风偏瘫患者运动功能及日常生活能力的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨针灸配合康复治疗对中风偏瘫患者运动功能及日常生活能力的影响。方法选择2015年8月—2018年10月于本院接受治疗的中风偏瘫患者90例,随机数字表法分为观察组(45例)与对照组(45例)。对照组采用康复治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合针灸治疗。对比两组治疗前后的神经功能缺损评分标准(neurological function defect scale,NFDS)、视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)、Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(fugl-meyer assessment,FMA)与日常生活活动能力量表(activity of daily living,ADL)评分。结果治疗后,观察组NFDS、VAS评分[(12.77±3.29)分、(2.81±0.23)分]比对照组[(18.44±3.43)分、(4.56±0.44)分]低,而观察组FMA、ADL评分[(62.38±8.15)分、(80.61±11.36)分]比对照组[(48.43±7.72)分、(68.15±12.33)分]高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸配合康复治疗对中风偏瘫患者的临床疗效显著,能有效改善患者神经功能与疼痛症状,提高患者运动功能与日常生活能力。Objective To investigate the influence of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy on motor function and activity of daily living in patients with stroke and hemiplegia.Methods 90 patients with stroke and hemiplegia who treated in the hospital from August 2015 to October 2018 were selected as subjects.All selected cases were divided into observation group(45 cases)and control group(45 cases)according to the random number table.Control group was given rehabilitation therapy,and observation group was treated with acupuncture based on control group.The Neurological Function Defect Scale(NFDS),Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA),Activity of Daily Living(ADL)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of NFDS and VAS in observation group[(12.77±3.29)points,(2.81±0.23)points]were lower than those in control group[(18.44±3.43)points,(4.56±0.44)points],while the scores of FMA and ADL in observation group[(62.38±8.15)points,(80.61±11.36)points]were higher than those in control group[(48.43±7.72)points,(68.15±12.33)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy in treatment patients with stroke and hemiplegia has significant clinical efficacy,it can improve nerve function and pain symptoms,increase motor function and activity of daily living.
