阿司匹林联合来曲唑对多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者激素水平及妊娠率的影响

摘　　要：目的研究阿司匹林联合来曲唑对多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者激素水平及妊娠率的影响。方法选取本院2017年8月至2018年8月门诊收治的多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者120例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,各60例。对照组采用来曲唑药物治疗,观察组联合阿司匹林治疗。观察两组患者的临床总有效率、性激素指标、治疗过程中的不良反应发生率以及排卵率、妊娠率。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率(93.33%)比对照组(73.33%)高,不良反应发生率(6.67%)比对照组(20.00%)低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后E 2、FSH、LH、T水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者排卵率及妊娠率明显高于对照组,流产率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿司匹林联合来曲唑治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕具有良好的临床效果,可改善患者体内性激素水平,降低患者治疗期间不良反应的发生,增加患者的排卵率,提高妊娠成功率。Objective To study the influence of aspirin combined with letrozole on hormone levels and pregnancy rate in infertility patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS).Methods 120 infertility patients with PCOS who admitted in the outpatient from August 2017 to August 2018 were selected as subjects.All selected cases were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table,with 60 cases in each group.Control group was given letrozole,and observation group was treated with aspirin based on control group.The total clinical effective rate,sex hormone indexes,incidence of adverse reactions during treatment,ovulation rate,and pregnancy rate in two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of observation group(93.33%)was higher than that of control group(73.33%),and the incidence of adverse reactions in observation group(6.67%)was lower than that in control group(20.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of E 2,FSH,LH and T in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the abortion rate in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Aspirin combined with letrozole in treatment of infertility patients with PCOS has better clinical effects,it can improve hormone levels,decrease the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment,increase the ovulation rate and the success rate of pregnancy.
