摘　　要：采用流化床造粒工艺,研究不同类型的润湿剂、分散剂、崩解剂、填料等因素对75%丙硫菌唑·肟菌酯水分散粒剂物化性质的影响,最终获得性能稳定的75%丙硫菌唑·肟菌酯水分散粒剂。配方组成为:丙硫菌唑50%、肟菌酯25%、Tersperse 2700 11.7%、terwet1004 1%,Morwet D425 3.3%、无水硫酸钠2%、煅烧高岭土补足至100%。经检测,产品悬浮率达90%以上,崩解状态云雾状,产品各项指标均符合水分散粒剂的要求。The effects of different types of wetting agents, dispersants, disintegrants, fillers and other factors on the physical and chemical properties of prothioconazole·trifloxystrobin 75% water dispersible granule were studied by fluidized bed granulation technology. Finally, a stable prothioconazole·trifloxystrobin 75% water dispersible granule was developed. The formula comprised 50% propiconazole, 25% trifloxystrobin, 11.7% Tersperse 2700, 1% terwet1004, 3.3% Morwet D425, 2% sodium sulfate, calcined kaolin add to 100%. The suspension rate of the product is more than 90%, the disintegration state is cloudy, and all indexes of the product meet the requirements of water dispersible granules.
