摘  要:疏浚淤泥固化后用作填土资源时,通常采用泵送的方式将其输送至现场。采用试验的方法研究木钙减水剂对淤泥固化土流动度的影响规律,并对试验结果进行分析。结果表明,木钙减水剂掺量对淤泥固化土流动度的影响存在阈值,水泥掺量为5%时,木钙减水剂掺量阈值为0.8%;当木钙减水剂掺量大于阈值时,随着掺量的增大,淤泥固化土流动度呈“阶梯式”增加;在实际工程中,木钙减水剂掺量存在一个合理范围,水泥掺量为5%时木钙减水剂掺量的合理范围为0.8%~2.4%。Solidified dredging silt is applied as a kind of filling resource,and pumping is the traditional conveyance method to transport it to construction site.We study the influence rule of calcium lignosulfonate plasticizer against the fluidity of solidified muddy soil by the experiment method,and analyze the experimental results.The results show that there exists a threshold value of calcium lignosulfonate dosage on the influence of solidified muddy soil fluidity,and the value is 0.8%in the condition of 5%cement content.When calcium lignosulfonate dosage is greater than the threshold value,the fluidity of solidified muddy soil presents stepped increase with the increasing of calcium lignosulfonate dosage.In actual engineering,there also exists a reasonable range of calcium lignosulfonate dosage,which is between 0.8%and 2.4%in the condition of 5%cement content.
