摘  要:天然气和页岩气开采废水含盐高、含氨氮和易挥发有机物也较高,现有方法脱氨氮处理效果不佳。利用氨与水分子相对挥发度的差异,研制出针对高含盐废水的脱氨氮技术及装置。通过试验验证,可有效分离高含盐废水中的氨氮,最终实现产出水回用或达标排放,解决了天然气和页岩气高含盐开采废水氨氮的脱除问题,并可进一步推广应用于其他含盐含氨氮废水处理领域。There have rich salt,ammonia nitrogen and volatile organic matter in the wastewater of natural gas and shale gas,but the effect of the existing method is not good.An ammonia nitrogen removal technology and device were developed,which aim at high salt-rich wastewater by making use of the relative volatility of ammonia and water.It can separate effectively ammonia nitrogen of high salt-rich wastewater by experimental verification,and it can make the final output water recycling or standardized discharge.The method solved ammonia nitrogen removal in high saltrich wastewater,and it can be widely used in other wastewater treatment containing salt and ammonia nitrogen.
