摘  要:采用混凝软化沉淀与生化联合工艺处理乙二醇废水,生化工艺采用预水解和膜生物反应器(MBR)的组合。在进水CODCr、SS、NH3-N、TN、硬度(以CaCO3计)分别为6065、71、566、821、529 mg/L时,出水各项指标均达到后续反渗透(RO)的进水要求。运行结果表明,该组合工艺运行稳定,抗冲击负荷能力强,处理效果好,运行成本低。Ethylene glycol wastewater was treated by combined process of softening and biochemistry.A combination of prehydrolysis and MBR were used in biochemical process.When the mass concentrations of CODCr,SS,NH3-N,TN and hardness(calculated by CaCO3)in the influent were 6065 mg/L,71 mg/L,566 mg/L,821 mg/L and 529 mg/L,respectively,the effluent met the requirements of influent water quality of RO.The stable operation results show that the process has strong impact load resistance,good treatment effect and low operation cost.
