摘  要:某热轧厂的浊环水处理系统自投运以来,系统对污泥没有很好的处理和解决方案,导致该浊环水处理系统无法正常运行。为提高回用水水质、降低生产成本,该厂引入稀土磁盘分离净化设备,改造浊环水系统工艺,取得了很好的成效,不仅实现了浊环水系统闭路循环,提高了热轧产品质量,同时实现了氧化铁皮的有效回收,属于节能环保综合项目。Although the turbid circulating water treatment system operated in a hot rolling mill,the sludge was not well treated,which leads to the failure of the turbid circulating water treatment system.The rare earth disk separation and purification equipment was introduced to improve the turbid circulating water system technology.This solution can improve the quality of reuse water and reduce the production cost,achieving good results.This transformation not only realizes the closed loop circulation of turbid circulating water system,but also improves the quality of hot-rolled products.Meanwhile,the effective recycling of oxidized iron sheet is achieved,which belongs to the comprehensive project of energy conservation and environmental protection.
