摘 要:以某炼油厂加热炉为背景,在燃烧器管理系统(BMS)中设计实现了一套基于Tricon SIS的冗余通信系统。首先介绍冗余通信系统的功能和结构,然后详述Tricon系统多重冗余结构、CPU机柜和I/O机柜之间的冗余通信结构、CPU和触摸屏/工作站之间的冗余通信结构、BMS和DCS之间的冗余通信结构及其冗余通信系统的设计实现过程,最后进行冗余通信测试和总结。加热炉BMS冗余通信系统已经成功应用,可为其他类似项目提供参考和借鉴。Taking the heating furnace of a refinery in Venezuela as the background,a Tricon SIS-based redundant communication system was designed in the burner management system(BMS).Firstly,both function and structure of the communication system were introduced and then the Tricon system’s multiple redundant structure was described,including the communication structure between CPU cabinet and I/O cabinet and that between CPU and touch screen/workstation as well as that between BMS and DCS and the design&implementation of the redundant communication system;finally,the redundant communication test and summary was completed.The successful application of BMS redundant communication system for the heating furnace can provide the reference for other similar projects.
