摘  要:蚂蚁金融服务集团起步于2004年成立的支付宝。2014年10月,蚂蚁金服正式成立。蚂蚁金服集团旗下及相关业务包括生活服务平台支付宝、智慧理财平台蚂蚁聚宝、云计算服务平台蚂蚁金融云、独立第三方信用评价体系芝麻信用以及网商银行等。另外,蚂蚁金服也与投资控股的公司及关联公司一起,在业务和服务层面通力合作,深度整合共推商业生态系统的繁荣。通过探讨了蚂蚁金服运作的蚂蚁模式,利用内部因素矩阵、外部因素矩阵以及竞争态势矩阵等方面对蚂蚁金服运行的内外部情况进行了分析,再用SPACE矩阵进行信息匹配,最终为其制定可行性的营销战略。Ant Financial Services group started from alipay,which was established in 2004.In October 2014,Ant Financial was officially established.Ant financial group’s businesses and related businesses include life service platform alipay,smart financial management platform ant jubao,cloud computing service platform ant financial cloud,independent third-party credit evaluation system sesame credit and online commercial bank.In addition,ant financial,together with the investment holding companies and affiliated companies,works together at the business and service levels to achieve deep integration and promote the prosperity of the business ecosystem.This paper first discusses the ant mode of operation of ant financial service,then analyzes the internal and external conditions of operation of ant financial service from the perspectives of internal factor matrix,external factor matrix and competition situation matrix,and then carries out information matching through SPACE matrix,and finally develops a feasible marketing strategy for it.
