法理学与部门法的融合教学研究

摘  要:法理学和部门法的教学融合遇到的挑战:科研考评的学科分立连带教学的学科分立;教师培养的学科分立连带教学的学科分立;教学考评机制不利于法理学和部门法的融合。法理学教学不能融合部门法就是空洞的,部门法教学不能够融合法理学就是肤浅的,法理学和部门法的融合是法学教学的应然要求。integrated teaching of jurisprudence and department law is faced with the following three challenges:(1)the discipline division in scientific research evaluation causes the discipline division in teaching;(2) the discipline separation cultivated by teachers leads to the discipline separation of teaching;(3) the teaching evaluation mechanism is not conducive to the fusion of jurisprudence and departmental law. Teaching of jurisprudence which is not integrated with department law is empty. Teaching of department law which is not integrated with jurisprudence is superficial. Integration of jurisprudence and department law is an inevitable requirement of law teaching.
