摘  要:利用ATP-EMTP软件,建模、计算和分析了不同合闸电阻、合闸电阻接入时间、合闸相位和残余电荷对三相同期合330 kV空载线路过电压的影响,得出合闸电阻、合闸电阻接入时间、合闸相位、残余电荷对三相同期合空载线路的操作过电压都有不同程度的影响。指出在电力系统输配电送电操作中,尽量避免对空载线路进行合闸,有条件的可采用零起升压对空载线路充电;在不清楚线路是否空载合闸时,为降低合空载线路引起的过电压,应将空载线路上的残余电荷释放,合闸开关并联接入适当的合闸电阻,合闸电阻调整到合理的接入时间,合闸相位控制在90°左右。This paper used the software ATP-EMT to model,calculate and analyze the influences on the overvoltage of 330 kV no-load line under different closing resistances,closing times,closing phases and residual charges.It is concluded that the switching resistance,the switching time,the switching phase and the residual charge all have different effects on the operating overvoltage of no-load lines.It is pointed out that in the power system transmission and distribution operation,the operator should try to avoid closing the no-load lines and to use the zero booster to charge the no-load line when conditions permitted;when it is not clear whether the circuit is closed without load,in order to reduce the overvoltage caused by the closing no-load circuit,the residual charge on the no-load circuit should be released;the closing switch should be connected with appropriate closing resistance in parallel;the closing resistance should be adjusted to a reasonable access time;the closing phase should be controlled at about 90°.
