摘 要:磷素是农作物生长必需的成分之一,然而我国农业磷肥利用率仅为30%左右,大量土壤磷素盈余流失,对农业经济发展和环境保护都有不利影响.为此,本次研究以定西半干旱气象与生态环境试验基地温室土壤为研究对象,进行了土壤磷素测定试验,采用spss软件分析了总磷和有效磷在土壤A、B、C层的分布特征和主要影响因子.结果表明,定西实验基地土壤磷素随着土壤深度的加深而升高,呈现明显的上升趋势;同一层土壤磷素差异不显著;不同海拔同层土壤磷素呈现稳定性;研究区耕地土壤磷素富集及其空间差异主要受年均磷肥施用量、降雨、年均气温和土壤黏粒含量显著影响.Phosphorus is one of the essential nutrients for crop growth.However,the utilization rate of agricultural phosphorus fertilizer in China is only about 30%.A large amount of soil phosphorus surplus is lost,which has adverse effects on agricultural economic development and environmental protection.Therefore,the greenhouse soil from semi-arid meteorological and eco-environmental experimental base in DingXi was used as the research object in this study,soil phosphorus test were carried out,The distribution characteristics of total phosphorus and available phosphorus in soil layers A,B and C were analyzed by SPSS software,and the main influencing factors of soil phosphorus enrichment or deficiency were analyzed.The results showed that the content of soil phosphorus in Dingxi experimental base increased with the deepening of soil depth,and showed an obvious rising trend.the same layer of soil phosphorus showed no significant difference,and the same layer of soil phosphorus showed stability at the different elevation.The soil phosphorus enrichment and spatial variation of cultivated land in the research area were mainly affected by the annual amount of phosphate fertilizer,rainfall,average annual temperature and soil clay content.
