摘  要:以消毒柜为控制系统研究对象,以USART-HMI液晶触摸串口屏为上位机,以STC89C52RC单片机为接收执行器,文章设计了一款带触屏显示的智能消毒柜,旨在通过对消毒柜的全新智能设计,促进串口屏的发展以及家居设备的变革更新。利用串口屏强大的图形界面和STC89C52RC单片机之间的串口通信,完成人机交互以及设备控制,用户可以根据喜好自由修改消毒的时长、温度以及工作模式,更加的人性化、智能化。USART-HMI串口屏还有休眠功能,可以进入待机模式以降低系统的总能耗。Taking disinfection cabinet as the research object of control system, taking USART-HMI liquid crystal touch string screen as upper computer and STC89 C52 RC single chip microcomputer as receiving actuator, a kind of intelligent disinfection cabinet with touch screen display is designed in order to promote the development of serial screen and the reform and update of household equipment through the new intelligent design of disinfection cabinet in this paper. By using the powerful graphical interface of the serial screen and the serial communication between STC89 C52 RC single chip microcomputer, the human-computer interaction and equipment control can be completed. Users can freely modify the disinfection time, temperature and working model according to their preferences, so as to be more humanized and intelligent. USART-HMI serial screen also has dormancy function, can enter standby mode to reduce the total energy consumption of the system.
