摘  要:叶菜用甘薯新品种“湘菜薯3号”是湖南省作物研究所在2015年以福薯7-6为母本经集团杂交选育而成。该品种株型半直立,叶心形、浅绿色,叶基色和茎均为绿色。薯块长纺锤形;薯皮主色浅粉红色,次色白色;薯肉主色淡黄色,次色白色。茎尖无茸毛,烫后颜色翠绿,有香味、淡苦涩味,茎尖柔嫩,口感脆。该品种具有高产、稳产、食味品质优的特性,是湖南省第二个茎叶菜用型甘薯新品种。Xiangcaishu No.3 is a new vegetable sweet potato variety,selected and developed by group hybrid using“Fushu 7-6”as the female parent by the Crop Research Institute of Hunan Province in 2015.The plant type of the variety is semi-erect with heart-shaped and light green leaves.Its color of the leaf base and stem are green.The storage root is long-spindle-shaped.Its main color of the storage root skin is light pink,the secondary color is white.Its main color of the flesh is light yellow,and the secondary color is white.There is no fuzzes on its stem tip,the color is green and fragrant after boiling,and light bitter and astringent taste,soft and tender stem,crisp taste.The variety is characterized by high yield,stable yield and excellent taste quality.It is the second new sweet potato variety in Hunan Province.
