摘 要:为系统性分析市政排水与水利除涝设计标准的衔接关系,确保设计标准内的雨洪水能够顺利排出.以北京城市流域马草河为研究区域,分别选用推理公式法、综合单位线法,计算了不同设计重现期的洪峰流量,分析得出了市政排水与水利除涝重现期的函数转换关系.研究结果表明:当市政排水标准低于5a一遇时,与水利除涝的重现期存在约10倍的衔接关系;当市政排水标准高于5a一遇时,对应水利除涝重现期约20倍;汇流参数是二者重现期相差较大的主要因素.Cohesive relationship between municipal drainage system and waterlogged drainage system was analyzed to guarantee that designed return period rainstorm can be discharged successfully.Flood peak discharge under different design periods was calculated using reasoning formula and comprehensive unit line method respectively for the Macao river basin in Beijing.The transformation relationship function of return period between municipal drainage system and waterlogged drainage system was determined.The return period of rainstorm peak of municipal drainage to waterlogging drainage was found to be about 10 times when municipal drainage standard was below 5 years,while return period of rainstorm peak of municipal drainage to waterlogging drainage was about 20 times when municipal drainage standard was higher than 5 years.Flow concentration parameter is therefore the main reason for a larger difference in their return period.
