摘  要:以沿海城市福州市江北城区及其东北部山区为研究区,基于InfoWorks ICM模型软件,建立了山区和平原汇水区产汇流的江北城区一维河网模型.对山区产汇流过程利用PDM水文模型、平原汇水区利用Wallingford径流模型及SWMM汇流模型分别进行计算,建立城区河网水系一维河网模型,并将水文模块与水动力模块进行了耦合.在模型中,考虑城区水闸、水泵、坝等水工建筑物,并在河网模型中加入水库和湖泊.利用河道断面监测水位对河网糙率进行率定,利用2019年5月18日降雨-水位数据进行模型的验证,通过设置RTC规则,实现水库与闸泵的调度.结果表明:晋安河水位峰值约为5.35m,峰现时间约在22:55,实测数据显示水位峰值约为5.43m,峰现时间约在22:40.本文通过在城市尺度下建立水文水动力学耦合模型,给出了一种系统考虑各种水工建筑物以及调度规则下的综合的城市暴雨内涝模拟方法,对相关研究具有一定的借鉴意义.InfoWorks ICM was used to establish an one-dimensional river network model for northern urban area in Fuzhou,with consideration given to hydrological processes in the urban area and the mountainous area in the northeast.PDM hydrological model was used to calculate confluence process in the mountainous area.Wallingford runoff model and SWMM model were used to calculate confluence process in the plain catchment area.One-dimensional river network model was established for urban river network system.All were with hydrologic module and hydrodynamic module combined.Hydraulic structures such as locks,pumps and dams in urban areas,and several reservoirs and lakes were considered in the model.Roughness of river network was calibrated by monitoring river water level.Rainfall water level data on May 18,2019 was used to verify the model,operation of reservoir and sluice pump was realized setting RTC rules in ICM.The peak water level of the Jinan River was found to be 5.35 m and the peak water peak time was 22:55,measured data showed peak water level of 5.43 mand peak water peak time of 22:40.Therefore a comprehensive model of hydro-hydrodynamics at the scale of a city is built in the present work,with various hydraulic structures and scheduling rules taken into consideration.
