摘  要:梨页1HF井是部署在梨树断陷苏家屯次洼构造的首口页岩气水平井,其钻探目的为探索梨树断陷苏家屯次洼营城组营一段泥页岩含气性。根据导眼井梨页1井岩心矿物组分分析可知,营城组泥页岩的黏土矿物含量高达45.1%,黏土矿物中伊蒙混层含量高达73.4%,伊利石含量为23.6%;黑色泥页岩局部纹层发育,水平裂缝及高角度缝均较为发育,如页岩气水平井采用水基钻井液体系施工井壁失稳风险较高。为确保首口水平探井井眼稳定,选用具有良好防塌护壁能力、强的抑制性、优良的流变性和稳定性、良好的润滑性能的油基钻井液体系。施工中,通过合理控制钻井液密度、强化钻井液封堵性能,井眼稳定;所用油基钻井液具有良好的乳化稳定性、流变性,井眼稳定,井眼清洁,整体施工顺利,满足了梨树断陷首口页岩气水平井安全钻进的需求。与设计相比,梨页1HF井钻井周期缩短了14.94d,平均机械钻速提高了82.19%,提速提效效果显著,为该区块后续页岩气水平井施工奠定了基础。Well Liye1HF is the first shale gas horizontal well deployed in the structure of Sujiatun Subsag in Lishu Fault Depression.Its goal of drilling is to know the gas-bearing probability of the shale in Ying1 Member,Yingcheng Formation,Sujiatun Subsag,Lishu Fault Depression.According to the analysis on core mineral composition of pilot hole Liye1,the clay mineral content of Yingcheng Formation shale is as high as 45.1%,among them,the content of illite-montmorillonite mixed-layer in the clay mineral is 73.4%and the content of illite is 23.6%.Laminae develop locally,and horizontal fractures and high-angle fractures both develop in the black shale.If water base drilling fluid system is applied to the shale gas horizontal well,the risk of wellbore instability may be high.In order to ensure the borehole stability of the first horizontal exploration well,oil base drilling fluid system with good anti-collapse ability,strong inhibition,excellent rheology and stability,and good lubricating performance is selected.During the operation,the borehole is stable through reasonable control of drilling fluid density and enhanced drilling fluid plugging performance.The oil base drilling fluid has good emulsion stability and rheology.The borehole is stable and clean.The whole operation is smooth.It meets the requirement of safe drilling of the first shale gas horizontal well in Lishu Fault Depression.Compared with the design,the drilling cycle of Well Liye1HF has shortened by 14.94d,and the average rate of penetration has increased by 82.19%.The effect is remarkable,which lay a foundation for followup operation of the shale horizontal well.
