摘  要:通过理论研究和ANSYS有限元模拟,对不利工况下装配式建筑外挂脚手架进行稳定性分析.理论分析得出:窗户位置,采用延长三角支座立杆的方式;阳台位置,采用延长三角支座横杆的同时还应当进行加固.外挂架的三角支座上端螺栓稳定性作用效果大于下端;螺栓锚固定在现浇位置挂架受力更为可靠.水平风荷载不能忽略;考虑水平地震作用,应当减少挂架对应高度处的荷载.有限元分析得出:三角支座立杆和横杆长度宜设计为800 mm和600 mm.水平面荷载对挂架稳定性影响远大于竖向面荷载.斜杆上半段、脚手板宽度方向杆和临边防护边缘竖直杆分别对三角支座、脚手板骨架和临边防护稳定性影响最大.The stability analysis of external hanging bracket of assembled building under adverse working conditions is carried out by using theoretical research and ANSYS finite element simulation.From the theoretical aspect,the results show that the vertical bar of triangular support should be extended to the window position.In the balcony position,the cross bar of triangular support is extended and reinforcement should be carried out.The stability effect of the upper end bolt of the triangular support is greater than that of the lower end bolt and the bolt is anchored in the cast-in-place position which is more reliable.Horizontal wind load should not be neglected,considering the horizontal seismic action,and the load at the corresponding height of the hanger should be reduced.From the finite element aspect,the results show that it is advised that the length are designed to be 800 mm as the vertical bar and 600 mm the cross bar of the triangular support of the hanger.The influence of level surface load is much greater than the vertical load to the overall stability of the hanger.The upper half of the inclined rod,the width direction rod of the scaffold and the vertical rod of the edge of the edge protection have the greatest influence on the stability of the suspension of the triangular support,the scaffold skeleton and the edge protection part respectively.
