福建省少年男子篮球运动员体能与技术测试现状及对策研究  

Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Physical Ability and Technical Testing of Juvenile Male Basketball Players in Fujian Province

摘　　要：为了更好地了解目前福建省少年男子篮球运动员的体能和技术情况,利用实地测验法、数理统计等方法对福建省9市少年男子篮球队的身高水平、身体素质情况和篮球技术掌握情况进行了研究.结果表明:莆田市和福州市少年男子篮球队的整体表现较好,宁德市和南平市的男队的体能和技术水平都较差;福建省少年男子篮球运动员的弹跳力、上半身力量、传控球以及心里素质方面均不甚理想,整体水平与大纲相比还有较大差距.Modern basketball games have put forward higher requirements for athletes’physical quality and various basketball techniques.In order to have a better understanding of the physical and technical conditions of the juvenile male basketball players in Fujian Province,this paper studies the stature level,physical quality and basketball skill mastery of the young men’s basketball teams in nine cities of Fujian Province by means of field tests,documentation and mathematical statistics.The results show that the overall performance of Putian and Fuzhou Junior Basketball Teams is good,the physical and technical level of Ningde and Nanping are poor;the springiness,upper body strength,passing and controlling ball and psychological quality of Fujian Junior Basketball Players are not ideal,and the overall level is still far from the syllabus.
