摘　　要：精准扶贫是我们党实现全面小康和共同富裕的一项重大的政治任务,目前精神扶贫已成为突破赣东北老区精准扶贫工作的瓶颈。在赣东北老区精神扶贫工作中,要汲取方志敏思想政治工作智慧,充分发挥思想政治工作优势,体现思想政治工作生命线作用,扶贫干部要端正思想政治工作态度,做群众脱贫致富的引路人,要采用合理的思想政治教育方法,使精神扶贫有实效真扶贫。Targeted poverty alleviation is a major political task for our party to achieve a comprehensive well-off society and common prosperity.However,it has become a bottleneck for breaking through the poverty alleviation work in the old regions of Northeastern Jiangxi.This paper holds:in the poverty alleviation work in the old regions of northeastern Jiangxi,in order to learn from Fang Zhimin's ideological and political work wisdom,give full play to the advantages of ideological and political work,and reflect the lifeline role of ideological and political work,poverty alleviation cadres should correct the attitude of ideological and political work,guide the masses to get rid of poverty and get rich and adopt a rational ideological and political education method to make the spiritual poverty alleviation effective and help the poor in its true sense.
