简单静脉水化联合充分口服水化方案对冠脉介入术后肾功能影响的研究

摘　　要：目的探析不同水化方案对冠脉介入术(PCI)后肾功能的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2018年12月河池市人民医院接受PCI治疗的患者120例,据水化方案不同分成4组,分别为A(短时间组)、B(长时间组)、C(超长时间组)、D(简单静脉水化结合充分口服组)组,每组30例。观察4组患者术前及术后24、48、72 h及7 d的胱抑素-C(Cys-C)、血清肌酐(Scr)水平、血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)活性情况。结果D组患者术后24、48 h的Cys-C、Scr水平、SOD及MDA活性均低于A、B、C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对PCI术治疗患者施以简单静脉水化联合充分口服水化方案,可有效地保护患者肾脏功能,预防术后造影剂肾病的发生。Objective To investigate the effects of different hydration schemes on renal function after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods One hundred and twenty patients who underwent PCI in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were divided into 4 groups according to the different hydration schemes,including Group A(short-time group),Group B(long-time group),Group C(super long-time group),and Group D(simplified intravenous hydration combined with adequate oral hydration),30 cases in each group.The levels of cystatin-C(Cys-C)and serum creatinine(Scr),as well as activities of serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)and malondialdehyde(MDA)in the 4 groups were compared before PCI,and 24,48 h,72 h and 7 d after PCI.Results The levels of Cys-C,Scr,and activities of SOD and MDA in Group D were lower than those in Groups A,B and C at 24 and 48 h after PCI(P<0.05).Conclusion Simple intravenous hydration combined with adequate oral hydration regimen for patients undergoing PCI can effectively protect patients'kidney function and prevent the occurrence of postoperative contrast-induced nephropathy.
