酒石酸美托洛尔联合胺碘酮治疗冠心病合并心律失常的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨酒石酸美托洛尔联合胺碘酮治疗冠心病合并心律失常的临床效果。方法选取2017年9月至2019年1月在武警黑龙江省总队医院治疗的112例冠心病合并心律失常患者随机分为两组,每组56例。对照组患者给予胺碘酮治疗,实验组应用酒石酸美托洛尔联合胺碘酮治疗,比较两组临床症状改善情况、24 h动脉心电图改善情况、房性期前收缩(PAC)次数、室性期前收缩(PVC)次数、心绞痛(AP)发作次数。结果实验组临床症状改善总有效率明显高于对照组(92.86%vs.75.00%,P<0.05);实验组24 h动脉心电图改善总有效率较对照组明显提高(91.08%vs.71.43%,P<0.05);治疗后实验组PAC、PVC、AP发作次数较对照组明显下降(P<0.05)。结论针对冠心病合并心律失常患者应用酒石酸美托洛尔联合胺碘酮治疗效果显著,可改善临床症状和心电图,降低AP发作次数,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of metoprolol tartrate combined with amiodarone in the treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD)with arrhythmia.Methods A total of 112 patients with CHD and arrhythmia treated in our hospital from September 2017 to January 2019 were randomized into 2 groups,56 cases per group.Patients in the control group were treated with amiodarone.The experimental group was treated with metoprolol tartrate combined with amiodarone.The improvement of clinical symptoms,24 h arterial electrocardiogram(ECG)improvement,attack times of PAC,PVC and AP in the 2 groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of clinical symptoms improvement in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(92.86%vs.75.00%,P<0.05).The total effective rate of arterial ECG improvement in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(91.08%vs.71.43%,P<0.05).The attack times of PAC,PVC and AP in the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of metoprolol tartrate combined with amiodarone in patients with CHD and arrhythmia was effective,which can improve clinical symptoms and ECG and reduce the number of angina attacks.It is worthy of popularization and application.
