Objective To analyze the treatment of urinary retention after catheterization in patients undergoing subdural combined cesarean section. Methods From July 2017 to March 2019,61 patients with urinary retention after subdural combined cesarean section admitted to the Dongguan Maternal and Child Health Hospital were randomly divided into observation groups(28 cases).Compared with the control group(33 cases),the control group was treated with neostigmine, and the observation group was treated with neostigmine+low frequency electrical stimulation, and the treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. The time from extubation to urination and hospitalization was shorter than that in the control group. The urinary tract infection and pain were lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Neostigmine combined with low-frequency electrical stimulation can effectively improve the treatment effect of patients with urinary retention after subdural combined cesarean section, and shorten the time of urinary excretion and hospitalization time after extubation.
