不同剂量肾康注射液治疗慢性肾脏病5期的效果比较

摘　　要：目的对比分析不同剂量肾康注射液治疗慢性肾脏病(CKD)5期的效果。方法选取5期CKD患者52例,采用随机数字表法分为A、B两组,每组26例。A组应用肾康注射液60 mL+0.9%氯化钠注射液150 mL静脉滴注,1次/d;B组应用肾康注射液100 mL+0.9%氯化钠注射液250 mL静脉滴注,1次/d。两组均治疗3周。比较两组疗效及不良反应发生情况,观察患者尿电导率及C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)水平变化。结果B组总有效率显著高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均未发现明显肾康注射液药物不良反应。治疗后两组尿电导率较治疗前提高(P<0.05),且B组较A组提高显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且B组较A组降低显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗5期CKD患者建议应用肾康注射液100 mL静脉滴注,效果显著。Objective To compare and analyze the effects of different doses of Shenkang injection on the treatment of stage 5 of chronic kidney disease(CKD).Methods A total of 52 patients with stage 5 CKD were randomly divided into two groups,A and B,with 26 patients in each group.Group A was treated with Shenkang injection 60 mL+0.9%sodium chloride injection 150 mL intravenously,once a day;group B was treated with Shenkang injection 100 mL+0.9%sodium chloride injection 250 mL intravenously.1 time/d.Both groups were treated for 3 weeks.The efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.The urinary conductivity and C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)levels were observed.Results The total effective rate of group B was significantly higher than that of group A(P<0.05).No adverse drug reactions were found in Shenkang injection.After treatment,the urinary conductivity of the two groups was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the B group was significantly higher than the A group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of CRP,TNF-αand IL-6 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the B group was significantly lower than the A group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical treatment of patients with stage CKD is recommended to use 100 mL intravenous infusion of Shenkang injection.The effect is significant.
