疏肝益阳胶囊治疗肝气郁结型早泄的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨疏肝益阳胶囊治疗肝气郁结型早泄患者的有效性及安全性。方法收集2017年2月至2019年2月门诊早泄患者,通过辨证方法,筛选肝气郁结型早泄患者60例。随机分为两组,每组30例,观察组给予疏肝益阳胶囊1.0 g/次,3次/d;对照组盐酸舍曲林片50 mg/次,1次/d,两组治疗周期均为6周。观察患者治疗前、治疗6周时及停药6周后射精潜伏期(IELT)改善情况及配偶满意度情况,并随时记录服用药物期间的不良反应,于治疗前后评价疏肝益阳胶囊与舍曲林治疗肝气郁结型早泄的有效性及安全性差异。结果与治疗前相比,治疗后两组的IELT均有延长,患者及配偶满意度均有提高,组间比较差异无统计学意义,停药6周后两组IELT及患者及配偶满意度比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗期间出现恶心呕吐1例,对照组出现恶心、呕吐、眩晕、性欲减退不良反应5例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疏肝益阳胶囊能有效治疗肝气郁结型早泄,复发率低,不良反应发生少。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of Shugan Yiyang Capsule in the treatment of patients with liver qi stagnation and premature ejaculation.Methods From February 2017 to February 2019,patients with premature ejaculation were collected and 60 patients with liver qi stagnation and premature ejaculation were screened by syndrome differentiation.They were randomly divided into two groups,30 in each group.The observation group was given Shugan Yiyang Capsules 1.0 g/time,3 times/d;the control group was treated with sertraline hydrochloride 50 mg/time,once/d,both groups were treated for 6 weeks.The improvement of ejaculation latency(IELT)and the satisfaction of spouse before treatment,6 weeks after treatment and 6 weeks after withdrawal,and the adverse reactions during drug administration at any time were observed.The efficacy and safety of treating liver qi stagnation type premature ejaculation before and after Shugan Yiyang Capsule and Sertraline treatment were evaluated.Results Compared with before treatment,the IELT was prolonged in both groups after treatment,and the satisfaction of patients and spouses was improved.There was no significant difference between the two groups.After 6 weeks of withdrawal,the IELT and the satisfaction of patients and spouses were compared,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was 1 case of nausea and vomiting during the observation group,and 5 cases of nausea,vomiting,dizziness and loss of libido in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shugan Yiyang Capsule can effectively treat liver-qi stagnation type premature ejaculation,with low recurrence rate and less adverse reactions.
