中药养血熄风汤治疗眼睑下垂的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察中药养血熄风汤治疗眼睑下垂的临床疗效。方法选取2017年1月至2018年12月贵州省遵义市赤水市人民医院治疗的眼睑下垂患者30例,按照数字表法分为A组和B组,A组采取常规营养神经治疗,B组在A组基础上联合中药养血熄风汤治疗,对比两组治疗情况。结果B组治疗总有效率93.33%,显著高于A组的60.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组治疗后睑裂变化(9.35±3.08)mm,上睑缘遮盖角膜距离(1.02±0.22)mm;A组治疗后睑裂变化(6.88±1.91)mm,上睑缘遮盖角膜距离(1.61±0.56)mm,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药养血熄风汤治疗眼睑下垂,可有效改善患者眼睑下垂程度。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine Yangxue Xifeng Decoction in treating eyelid ptosis.Methods Thirty patients with orbital ptosis treated by Chishui City People's Hospital of Zunyi City,Guizhou Province from January 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled.They were divided into group A and group B according to the digital table method.Group A took conventional nutritional neurotherapy,group B was in On the basis of group A,combined with traditional Chinese medicine Yangxue Xifeng Decoction,the treatment status of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of group B was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than that of group A(60.00%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The change of cleft palate after treatment in group B(9.35±3.08)mm,the distance of corneal covering corneal margin(1.02±0.22)mm;the change of cleft palate after treatment in group A(6.88±1.91)mm,the distance of upper temporal margin covering cornea(1.61±0.56)mm,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine Yangxue Xifeng Decoction can effectively reduce the degree of eyelid ptosis in patients with drooping eyelids.
