摘 要:目的分析肺炎儿童患者中肺炎链球菌的耐药监测情况,为临床合理用药提供指导。方法对601例儿童肺炎患者进行肺炎链球菌的分离培养,对分离到的179株肺炎链球菌通过K-B法及Vitck-2全自动微生物分析仪进行药敏试验分析,相关临床资料及药敏结果进行统计分析。结果601份临床样本中,共分离179株肺炎链球菌,阳性率为29.8%。179株肺炎链球菌中,对红霉素、克林霉素、复方新诺明耐药率比较高,耐药率依次为98.3%、88.3%、82.1%,对左旋氧氟沙星、利福平、万古霉素三种药物未发现耐药情况。结论加强对肺炎链球菌的耐药监测,临床医师应结合药敏实验结果合理用药,以防止肺炎链球菌耐药状况加重。Objective To analyze the surveillance of drug resistance of Streptococcus pneumoniae in children with pneumonia,and to provide guidance for clinical rational drug use.Methods A total of 601 children with pneumonia were isolated and cultured.The isolates of 179 strains of Streptococcus pneumoniae were analyzed by KB method and Vitck-2 automatic microbiological analyzer for drug sensitivity test,relevant clinical data and drug susceptibility results.Statistical Analysis.Results A total of 179 strains of Streptococcus pneumoniae were isolated from 601 clinical samples,with a positive rate of 29.8%.Among 179 strains of Streptococcus pneumoniae,the resistance rate to erythromycin,clindamycin and compound sulfamethoxazole was higher,and the drug resistance rate was 98.3%,88.3%,82.1%,for levofloxacin and rifampic acid.No drug resistance was found in the three drugs of Ping and vancomycin.Conclusion To strengthen the surveillance of drug resistance to Streptococcus pneumoniae,clinicians should use the drug sensitivity test results to prevent the drug resistance of Streptococcus pneumoniae from aggravating.
