甲硝唑联合克林霉素治疗细菌性阴道炎的临床价值观察

摘　　要：目的探讨在细菌性阴道炎患者中应用甲硝唑联合克林霉素治疗的临床疗效观察。方法随机选取2017年9月至2019年2月吉林大学第二医院收治的66例细菌性阴道炎患者,按照随机数字表法分为甲硝唑单独治疗的对照组和甲硝唑与克林霉素联合治疗的实验组,每组33例,比较两组治疗效果。结果对照组患者的治疗有效率低于实验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前的血清炎性因子水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后实验组CRP水平和IL-6水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用甲硝唑联合克林霉素治疗细菌性阴道炎能够提高患者的治疗效果,降低患者的复发率,同时对于降低患者的血清炎性因子水平具有重要意义,疗效确切。。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of metronidazole combined with clindamycin in patients with bacterial vaginosis.Methods Sixty-six patients with bacterial vaginosis admitted to the Second Hospital of Jilin University from September 2017 to February 2019 were randomly selected and divided into metronidazoletreated control group and metronidazole and clindamycin according to the random number table method.The experimental group of combination therapy,33 cases in each group,compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the control group was lower than that in the experimental group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum inflammatory factor levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the CRP level and IL-6 level in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of metronidazole combined with clindamycin in the treatment of bacterial vaginitis can improve the treatment effect of patients,reduce the recurrence rate of patients,and at the same time,it is of great significance to reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors in patients,and the curative effect is exact.
