摘 要:目的探讨三维表面成像技术显示胎儿透明隔腔(CSP)及胼胝体发育不全(ACC)的方法及图像特征的可行性。方法选取疑诊胎儿CSP及ACC患者35例,采用经腹二维超声获取胎儿颅脑横切面及三维表面成像技术获取胎儿颅脑正中矢状切面,并与磁共振成像(MRI)检查结果进行对比。结果35例胎儿超声结果如下:(1)30例透明隔腔偏小(≤2 mm),其中27例为单纯性透明隔腔偏小不伴有胼胝体发育异常,3例合并部分性胼胝体发育不全;(2)2例透明隔腔增宽(>10 mm),不伴有胼胝体发育异常;(3)3例透明隔腔消失,合并完全性胼胝体发育不全。35例胎儿均可获得其颅脑正中矢状切面的三维表面成像重建图像,超声诊断与MRI相同。结论三维表面成像技术可以直观、形象地显示胎儿CSP及ACC的形态结构,为观察胎儿CSP及ACC发育开辟了新的视窗。Objective To explore the feasibility of three-dimensional surface imaging technology to show the method and image features of fetal transparent compartment and corpus callosum(ACC).Methods A total of 35 patients with suspected fetal craniocerebral clear compartment and ACC were enrolled.The fetal craniocerebral transverse section and three-dimensional surface imaging technique were used to obtain the median sagittal section of the fetal brain and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI).Check the results for comparison.Results The results of 35 cases of fetal ultrasound were as follows:130 cases of transparent compartment were small(≤2 mm),of which 27 cases were simple transparent compartments without corpus callosum dysplasia,3 cases with partial corpus callosum dysplasia;22 cases The transparent compartment was widened(>10 mm)without corpus callosum dysplasia;33 cases of clear compartment disappeared,combined with complete corpus callosum dysplasia.Three-dimensional surface reconstruction images of the median sagittal section of the brain were obtained in 35 fetuses,and the ultrasound diagnosis was the same as MRI.Conclusion The three-dimensional surface imaging technology can visually and visually display the morphological structure of the fetal craniocerebral transparent compartment and the corpus callosum,which opens up a new window for observing the fetal transparent compartment and carcass development.
