摘 要:目的研究钴-60射线辐照对白术药材中有效成分的影响。方法选不同批号白术进行钴-60射线辐照,观察其对有效成分的影响。结果随辐照剂量升高,药材含菌量减少;白术内酯Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ及苍术酮在0.012~0.213、0.012~0.210、0.014~0.246、0.091~1.874μg线性良好;辐照前后白术内酯Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ的含量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但辐照前后苍术酮差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论钴-60射线辐照剂量不超过5 kGy时,4种成分变化无明显性,为白术辐照灭菌方式提供参考依据。Objective To study the influence of Cobalt-60 irradiation in four active ingredients of Atractylodes macrocephala.Methods The different batches of Atractylodes macrocephala were selected;after the Cobalt-60 irradiation,the atractylenolide Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and atractylon ingredients were analyzed.Results With the higher irradiation doses,the amount of the drug bacteria was remarkably decreased;the atractylenolide Ⅰ,atractylenolide Ⅱ,atractylenolide Ⅲ and atractylon ingredients were 0.012~0.213,0.012~0.210,0.014~0.246 and 0.091~1.874μg,respectively,indicating the fine linear relationships;before and after irradiation,the atractylenolide I and atractylenolide II ingredients were not significantly different(P>0.05);before and after irradiation,the atractylon ingredients were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion When the irradiation exceeds 5 kGy,four ingredients of Atractylodes macrocephala are not significantly different.It provides the basis on the irradiation sterilization modes of atractylodes macrocephala.
