高压氧联合冬菱克栓酶治疗突发性耳聋的疗效及对血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨高压氧联合冬菱克栓酶治疗突发性耳聋的疗效及对血液流变学的影响。方法选取北京丰台医院2015年1月至2017年12月收治的突发性耳聋患者80例,随机分为对照组(采取高压氧治疗)与观察组(采取高压氧联合冬菱克栓酶治疗),各40例。观察疗效及相关指标变化。结果观察组患者临床有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组各项血液流变学指标均显著改善,观察组改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论突发性耳聋患者采取高压氧联合冬菱克栓酶治疗,疗效显著,且安全性较好。Objective To discuss the influence of high pressure oxygen plus Batroxiobin in the hemorheology for sudden deafness patients.Methods From January 2015 to December 2017,80 patients with sudden deafness were randomly divided into control group and observation group(each 40 case).The patients were treated with hyperbaric oxygen combined with Batroxiobin.Observe the change of curative effect and related indexes.Results The clinical effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the hemorheology indicators for two groups were remarkably improved,but the indicators in the observation group were better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined mode of high pressure oxygen and Batroxiobin can remarkably increase the clinical efficacy and safety.
