摘　　要：目的探讨对经鼻镜手术+术前西药治疗慢性鼻窦炎合并鼻息肉的临床效果。方法选取南通大学第二附属医院2016年11月至2018年5月收治的82例慢性鼻窦炎合并鼻息肉患者作为实验对象;采用抽签法分为两组,每组41例。对照组采用经鼻镜手术方法治疗;研究组采用经鼻镜手术+术前西药方法治疗。比较两组的治疗总有效率。结果与对照组(68.29%)比较,研究组(97.56%)总有效率显著提升,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经鼻镜手术+术前西药治疗慢性鼻窦炎合并鼻息肉,可显著提高手术疗效。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nasal endoscopic surgery plus Western medicine on chronic sinusitis complicated with nasal polyps.Methods Eighty-two patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps treated in our hospital from November 2016 to May 2018 were selected as experimental subjects.The patients were divided into two groups by lottery,41 cases in each group.The control group was treated by nasal endoscopic surgery.The study group was treated by nasal endoscopic surgery plus western medicine before operation.The total effective rate of treatment was compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group(68.29%),the total effective rate of the study group(97.56%)increased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Nasal endoscopic surgery combined with Western medicine before operation can significantly improve the curative effect of chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps.
