摘　　要：目的探讨对慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者选择鼻内镜手术方法治疗后获得的临床效果。方法选取南通大学第二附属医院2016年12月至2018年1月收治的45例慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者作为研究对象;临床选择鼻内镜手术方法展开疾病治疗,就患者症状改善情况加以观察,并且手术前后,利用SF-36(健康调查简表)对所有慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者生活质量展开评价,就手术前后评价结果展开比较。结果同手术前慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者SF-36评分比较,手术后获得明显提升(P<0.05)。结论临床医师针对慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者研究治疗方案期间,鼻内镜手术的有效实施,可以确保患者于生理角色、生理功能、总体健康以及机体疼痛评分等方面获得显著改善,从而使得慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者总体生活品质获得显著提升,为其病情快速康复做出充分保证。Objective To explore the clinical effect of endoscopic sinus surgery for patients with chronic sinusitis.Methods Forty-five patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyp admitted by our hospital from December,2016 to January,2018 were selected as study objects.Endoscopic sinus surgery was clinically selected for disease treatment,and the improvement of symptoms was observed.Before and after surgery,sf-36(a summary of health survey)was used to evaluate the quality of life of all patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyp,and the evaluation results before and after surgery were compared.Results Compared with sf-36 scores of patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyp before surgery,significant improvement was obtained after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical physicians for patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyp study during the treatment,the effective implementation of the nasal endoscopic surgery,can ensure that patients in the physiological characters,physiological function,overall health and body pain score get improved significantly,making the overall quality of life for patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyp significantly increased,make a full guarantee condition for its quick recovery.
