消肿化痔汤治疗混合痔术后肛缘水肿的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察混合痔术后肛缘水肿患者使用消肿化痔汤清洗创面的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月至2018年1月混合痔术后肛缘水肿患者120例,根据入院先后将其均分为两组,对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组给予患者口服草木犀流浸液片;观察组在对照组基础上使用消肿化痔汤清洗。比较两组患者治疗前后症状积分、水肿消失时间和总有效率。结果治疗后,观察组症状积分和水肿消失时间明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组总有效率依次为96.67%和78.34%,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论口服草木犀流浸液片联合消肿化痔汤清洗创面可促进混合痔术后肛缘水肿患者水肿快速消失,临床治疗效果较好。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiaozhong Huazhi Decoction in anal verge edema after the operation of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 120 anal verge edema patients underwent the operation of mixed hemorrhoids from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected and equally assigned to control group and observation group according to the registration number,60 cases in each group.The control group was given orally Melilotus Extract Tablets.The observation group were applied with Xiaozhong Huazhi Decoction for washing on the basis of the control group.The symptom scores,disappearance time of edema and total effective rate were assessed.Results After treatment,the symptom scores and disappearance time of edema in the observation group were reduced;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate in the observation group(96.67%)was significantly higher than control group(78.34%,P<0.05).Conclusion The Combination of Melilotus Extract Tablets for orally taken and Xiaozhong Huazhi Decoction for washing can promote the rapid disappearance of edema in patients with anal edema after the operation of mixed hemorrhoids,and the clinical therapeutic effect is better.
