三拗汤合小柴胡汤治疗顽固性干咳风寒袭肺证的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨三拗汤合小柴胡汤治疗顽固性干咳风寒袭肺证的临床效果。方法选择2018年2月至2019年2月苏州市相城区漕湖人民医院中医内科门诊收治的56例顽固性干咳风寒袭肺证患者,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组28例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组采用三拗汤合小柴胡汤治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、中医证候积分变化和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为92.86%(26/28),明显高于对照组的71.43%(20/28),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后中医证候积分明显低于对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组口干、腹痛、恶心、困倦等不良反应总总发生率为3.57%(1/28),明显低于对照组的17.86%(5/28),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三拗汤合小柴胡汤治疗顽固性干咳风寒袭肺证的疗效显著,能有效缓解咳嗽症状,且安全性高。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of San’ao Decoction combined with Xiaochaihu Decoction on intractable dry cough patients with syndrome of wind-cold attacking Fei(Lung).Methods Fifty-six intractable dry cough patients with syndrome of wind-cold attacking Fei who were treated in the Outpatient of Department of Chinese Internal Medicine of our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method,28 cases per group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with San’ao Decoction combined with Xiaochaihu Decoction.The clinical effect,Chinese medicine(CM)syndrome score changes and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The tatal effective rate in the observation group was 92.86%(26/28),significantly higher than that in the control group(71.43%,20/28,P<0.05).After treatment,CM syndrome scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of dry mouth,abdominal pain,nausea,drowsiness and other adverse reactions in the observation group(3.57%,1/28)was significantly lower than that in the control group(17.86%,5/28,P<0.05).Conclusion San’ao Decoction combined with Xiaochaihu Decoction was effective on treating intractable dry cough patients with syndrome of wind-cold attacking Fei,which can effectively relieve cough symptoms with a high safety.
